• In person: ChipSoft provides students and recent graduates with training, job fairs, in-house days and other types of events. This happens internally and at external locations. • Online: ChipSoft holds various online activities to get/stay in contact with students and recent graduates. This includes sending newsletters, blogs, invitations and mailings. In addition, various social media activities are conducted. For this we use the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and YouTube. In addition, ChipSoft uses job boards (including Monsterboard, LinkedIn, De Persgroep and Indeed). We also use online marketing techniques (including programmatic advertising and bannering on various websites that link to the various target groups).
